How do I delete my account?

We would be sorry to see you leave, but if you want your account deleted, please contact us.

Note that you can remove your information from the public site by setting your blog and community news entries to “Inactive” status. You can also delete your profile information from within your account settings. You cannot delete any comments that you added.

When we close your account, we will also not delete any of your comments, because often conversations will occur within the comments. Deleting your comments may disrupt the flow of the conversation and make it confusing for site visitors to follow.
