Horse Bloggers is an open directory and community site, run partially on user-submitted content.
By joining this site, site members certify that they are exactly thirteen years of age or older.
All content submitted to this site expresses the views of the submitter and does not necessarily reflect the views of the owner, administrators, or volunteers on this site.
Site members are responsible for the content they submit and any legal issues that arise from said submission. As such, site members agree not to post any information that is obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, in violation of any laws, or in violation of any third party rights. The site owner and administrators may ban any users who do so and may pursue legal action where warranted.
Site members may post information on behalf of third parties (e.g. submit profiles for blogs they do not own) provided the information they submit is publically available and common knowledge. Regardless of who originally submits information, Horse Bloggers gives precedence to blog owners when assigning editing privileges. Blog owners may claim their blog if it was submitted by someone else; in that case, editing privileges will be granted to the blog owner and the original submitter will no longer have any authority over that profile.
The site owner and administrators reserve the right to remove, edit, or move any messages for any reason.
